Field Executive

The Field Executive will be responsible for executing on-ground activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth field operations, and achieving assigned business targets. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to represent Vats Industries effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, distributors, and project sites to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market surveys, collect feedback, and report competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.) for order execution and delivery.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update management on field performance.
• Support in promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and exhibitions.
• Resolve client issues and escalate unresolved problems to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
• Field sales / marketing experience preferred
• Good knowledge of local market and geography
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
• Basic computer proficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream; preference for BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma)
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / marketing / operations (Freshers can also apply)
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license And must have their own vechiel

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: [ ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month ]
