β What is This Job About?
We are hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives for visiting industrial areas and helping customers understand our steel building sheds (PEB structures) that are used to build:
Warehouses
Factory Sheds
Cold Storages
Storage Godowns
Workshops
Instead of using bricks and cement (which takes 6β8 months), now people build strong industrial sheds with Pre-Engineered Steel Structures β and our company makes those.

We are a steel building company based in Rohad (Bahadurgarh).
We design, supply, and install industrial sheds across Haryana and Delhi NCR.
We are one of the most trusted and fast-growing companies in this industry, with clients in:
Warehousing
Export houses
Logistics parks
Manufacturing units
Rural cold storage businesses
We are now expanding our sales team and looking for fresh, energetic, and smart field executives.
β Important Requirements (Must Have)
βοΈ Education: Minimum B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
βοΈ Own Bike/Scooter: Mandatory for field movement (Petrol paid by company)
βοΈ Field Ready: This job involves daily outdoor work β not office sitting
βοΈ Local Resident: People from Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Rohad, Tikri, or nearby areas preferred
βοΈ Age: Preferably 20β60 years
βοΈ Freshers Welcome β if confident, sincere, and eager to learn

What is PEB
How steel buildings work
What to say to clients
How to collect leads
How to report and follow-up
β What Will You Do Daily? (Day in the Life)
πΈ Start your day from our office or direct field location
πΈ Visit nearby industrial plots, factories, construction sites
πΈ Meet owners, contractors, builders, land developers
πΈ Show them photos/videos of our steel sheds
πΈ Collect basic info: name, contact number, shed size, location
πΈ Share this with our internal design & pricing team
πΈ Do follow-ups for site meetings, quotations, and deal closures
πΈ Submit daily visit report (Google Sheet or WhatsApp format)
β Job Benefits:
πΌ Monthly Salary: βΉ12,000 to βΉ35,000 (based on your interview & experience)
β½ Petrol Reimbursement: Based on actual usage for company work
π Free Training: You will be fully trained in product and process

Working Hours: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
π Weekly Off: Sunday
π Career Growth: You can grow to Area Sales Manager in 1β2 years based on performance
