Job Summary / कार्य सारांश:

The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting on-ground marketing and promotional activities to generate quality leads for school admissions. The focus will be on BTL (Below The Line) marketing, field campaigns, and local community outreach.

फील्ड एग्जिक्युटिव का कार्य स्कूल एडमिशन के लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण लीड्स उत्पन्न करने हेतु ग्राउंड लेवल मार्केटिंग और प्रमोशनल गतिविधियाँ करना होगा। इसमें मुख्य रूप से बीटीएल मार्केटिंग, फील्ड कैम्पेन और लोकल समुदायों में पहुंच बनाना शामिल है।

Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• Conduct BTL activities such as canopy setups, door-to-door visits, preschool tie-ups, society and corporate activities.
• बीटीएल गतिविधियाँ करें
• जैसे कैनोपी सेटअप, डोर-टू-डोर विजिट, प्रीस्कूल टाई-अप, सोसायटी और कॉर्पोरेट एक्टिविटी।
• Identify and approach potential parents within the catchment area to generate admission leads.

• Execute field marketing plans and report daily activity performance to the Marketing Manager.

• Coordinate with vendors for branding, printing, and event setup.
• Maintain lead data and update records in CRM or Excel sheet.
• Support in school events, carnivals, and exhibitions.
• Conduct market visits for competitor analysis and feedback collection.

• Strong communication & convincing skills / बेहतरीन संवाद और मनाने की क्षमता
• Field marketing experience preferred / फील्ड मार्केटिंग का अनुभव वांछनीय है
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets) / बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान आवश्यक
• Should be energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented / ऊर्जावान, अनुशासित और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख होना चाहिए
• Willing to travel locally / लोकल ट्रेवल के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए

Qualification & Experience / योग्यता और अनुभव:

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline / न्यूनतम योग्यता: किसी भी विषय में स्नातक
• Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing (Education sector preferred) / अनुभव: 1–3 वर्ष फील्ड मार्केटिंग में (शिक्षा क्षेत्र को वरीयता)
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply / अच्छे संवाद कौशल वाले नए उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
