Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Field Executives to support our clients and manage field operations related to IT systems, product installations, and technical support. You’ll act as the face of our company, ensuring smooth client experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for product demonstrations, installations, or technical assistance.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for service delivery.
• Maintain daily reports and logs of client interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of field issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Collect customer requirements and communicate them to the development team.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, or software solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site visits and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile applications.
