Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle on-ground sales activities, generate leads, meet customers, achieve sales targets, and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit prospects and customers regularly to promote products/services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
Meet monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Track sales activities and update daily/weekly reports.
Collect market insights and competitor information.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Manage territory effectively to maximize coverage and sales.
Resolve customer queries and follow up on pending concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred).
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
