Job Description

Key responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to government and partner schools to train and support teachers in effectively using applications and tools.
Assist in administering psychological assessments and evaluations.
Provide supervised support during individual and group therapy sessions.
Research and prepare case studies on various mental health conditions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of intervention strategies and support programs.
Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential records of schools and clients.
Follow up with teachers and staff to ensure successful adoption of applications and troubleshoot challenges.
Gather and report feedback from stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
Support awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions on mental health.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree in any field (background in psychology, education, or special education is an advantage, though not mandatory).
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Meet.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
A vehicle for regular local travel is preferred.
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Dehradun and nearby areas.
