Job Title: Field Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our business operations in the field. Your key duties will include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of our strategies and services at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on field activities and client feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role or field sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
