Field Executive

Job Description: As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team by conducting on-ground operations, including client visits, customer service, sales follow-ups, data collection, and nurturing strong relationships with partners or customers. Your responsibilities will require you to travel within the assigned territory, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and maintain a proactive attitude towards achieving targets. You will be tasked with visiting clients, customers, or vendors based on the assigned schedule or territory, promoting and showcasing products or services to potential customers, and gathering market intelligence and customer feedback. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring timely reporting of field activities through reports or digital tools, assisting in the onboarding process of new clients or partners, and providing basic troubleshooting or support tasks on-site when necessary. In addition, your role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards, coordinating with internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery, and meticulously maintaining records of visits, sales, and other pertinent data. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) with at least 3 years of relevant field experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM apps, etc.), the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, and a self-motivated, result-oriented mindset are essential qualifications for this role.
