Job Summary

We are seeking a Field and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for building a strong on-ground presence in the Jamshedpur region. This role includes fieldwork, user onboarding, executing marketing activities, and creating brand awareness among equipment operators, owner-operators, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with equipment operators, owner-operators, and rental agencies to onboard them onto the EQUIP9™ mobile app.
• Conduct field visits and demonstrations to explain the features and benefits of the platform.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, site visits, institute tie-ups, and roadshows.
• Build strong relationships in the local heavy equipment ecosystem to promote word-of-mouth engagement.
• Collaborate with operator training institutes to introduce the app to students and future operators.
• Organize Operator Relationship Activities (ORA) and Market Reach Activities (MRA) to strengthen market hold.
• Maintain regular reporting on user onboarding, marketing reach, and activity status.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in any stream (preferred: marketing, mechanical, or technical background).
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with blue-collar workers.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital tools.
• Willing to travel across Jamshedpur and nearby industrial zones.
