Job Title: Field Support Operative Location: Mumbai Department: Operations / Field Engineer Joining: Immediate Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Field Support Engineer with ITI Diploma or Degree to join our team and play a key role in delivering on-the-ground support for our robotic systems. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and operation of robotic systems at client locations. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup: Assist in the physical installation, assembly, and configuration of robotic systems at client sites. Maintenance & Repair: Carry out basic maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of robotic systems on-site, ensuring minimal downtime. Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional service to clients, assisting them with understanding how to operate and maintain their robotic systems. System Checks: Perform routine checks on robotic systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. Documentation: Log service activities, maintenance reports, and customer feedback accurately in the system. Team Collaboration: Work with field support, technical teams, and engineers to address and resolve any technical issues. Product Handling: Safely handle and transport robotic parts and equipment during installations or maintenance visits. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols while working with robotic systems and customer sites. Qualifications Previous experience in technical or mechanical support, installation, or maintenance roles (preferred but not mandatory). Strong hands-on skills and a proactive attitude to problem-solving. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Physical fitness to handle installation tasks and system repairs. Basic technical understanding of systems and machinery (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. ITI diploma or degree.
