JOB SUMMARY:

Supply & Mapping / Field Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct

  field visits to all warehouses

  to collect detailed inventory information.
• Capture warehouse specifications including

  size, location, amenities, storage capacity, and current availability

  .
• Map warehouse locations using

  GIS / mapping tools

  or internal systems.
• Maintain an

  up-to-date database of all warehouse inventory and property details

  .
• Coordinate with operations, leasing, and sales teams to validate information.
• Identify discrepancies or issues in warehouse data and report to the manager.
• Assist in

  generating reports and dashboards

  for management review.
• Ensure compliance with

  internal documentation standards

  and accuracy of all collected data.
• Support

  business development and leasing teams

  with precise inventory information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in

  Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or related field

  .

• 1–3 years

  of experience in field operations, inventory mapping, or warehouse management preferred.
• Familiarity with

  warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and mapping tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, Excel, Google Maps, and CRM systems

  .
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
