Field Engineer

Job Description:

As an ISP (Internet Service Provider) Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our internet services. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructure to deliver high-speed internet connectivity to our customers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

The candidates should be flexible to relocate at Malda, Raigang, Harishchandrapur ( Malda District ).

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation: Designing and deploying scalable and reliable network architecture to support high-speed internet services. This includes planning network topology, selecting appropriate hardware and software components, and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Proactively monitoring network performance and addressing any issues or outages to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service for customers. Troubleshoot network problems, investigate causes, and implement solutions promptly. Should have strong knowledge in Switch & Router configuration.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and efficiently.
