Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer, located in Pune. The Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, and delivering technical support. Day-to-day tasks include attending to service requests, managing and executing technical projects, and communicating effectively with clients to address and resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service experience and Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with IoT and Fintech technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
