Corporate Gifting professional

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow
B2B / corporate gifting accounts
across industries
Identify new business opportunities through
corporate sales and key account management
Understand client requirements and propose
customized gifting and merchandise solutions
Handle
end-to-end gifting projects
including ideation, quotations, vendor coordination, and delivery
Build strong relationships with
HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for sourcing, pricing, and execution
Manage festive, employee, onboarding, and client gifting programs
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction
Maintain MIS reports, forecasts, and sales pipelines

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in
Corporate Gifting / B2B Gifting / Promotional Merchandise
Strong background in
B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management
Experience handling
customized gifts, promotional products, and corporate merchandise
Good understanding of
vendor management, procurement, and logistics coordination
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and tight timelines

Good to Have

Experience working with
branding, advertising, events, or marketing services companies
Exposure to large enterprise or institutional clients
Knowledge of festive campaigns and bulk order execution
