Job Title: Field Coordinator – Nutmeg Collection & Sourcing (Male)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Coordinator to identify and coordinate nutmeg fields and manage the collection and shifting of products to our company. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, farmer coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of nutmeg and related spice products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and verify nutmeg fields suitable for sourcing.
• Coordinate with farmers and local vendors for product collection.
• Arrange and monitor transportation of products to our company.
• Maintain daily field reports and stock movement records.
• Support procurement team in quality checks and logistics coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field experience in agriculture, plantation, or spice sourcing.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Products: Nutmeg, Pepper, Honey, Turmeric, and other spices.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
