Document Filing Staff- Fresher/Experienced Automobile & Spare parts Firm Duties and Responsibilities Organize and file physical documents, records, and files in designated cabinets or storage systems. Sort, label, and categorize documents accurately for easy retrieval. Maintain a filing index or log for reference and tracking. Scan, upload, and archive digital copies of documents when required. Retrieve files or records upon request from authorized staff. Regularly check and ensure documents are filed in the correct location. Dispose of outdated or irrelevant documents following company policies. Assist in implementing and improving document management procedures. Maintain confidentiality and data protection practices at all times. Provide general administrative support to the department as needed. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent. Prior experience in document management or administrative support preferred. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and scanning tools. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
