Job Title:EMI Collection Executive – Field Job Location:All Locations in Uttar Pradesh (District-wise openings available) Job Type:Full-Time | Field Work | Fresher Friendly Job Description:We are hiring Field EMI Collection Executives across Uttar Pradesh for Hero FinCorp. This is a great opportunity for 12th pass candidates to start their career in the finance sector. As a Field Executive, your primary responsibility will be to visit customers and collect EMIs on behalf of Hero FinCorp. Key Responsibilities:Visit customers for EMI collection (Two-wheeler, personal loans, etc.) Explain payment dues and collect installments on time Maintain daily collection records and reports Build good customer relationships Ensure 100% collection of assigned portfolio Follow company policies and maintain discipline Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required Must own a bike and valid driving license Basic communication skills in Hindi Willingness to work in the field and travel locally Salary & Benefits:Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 PF + ESIC (as per company policy) Unlimited Incentives (Performance Based) – Earn up to ₹25,000+ Fuel Allowance & Mobile Allowance as per company norms Attractive monthly and quarterly incentive programs Perks:Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading NBFCs Career growth and permanent employment opportunity On-the-job training and field support
