Field Assistant

About the Project:
We are conducting a two-month Financial Literacy Campaign designed to educate communities on essential money management skills, savings habits, digital banking, and responsible financial practices. This project will be implemented at the grassroots level to ensure maximum outreach and impact.

Job Summary:
The Field Assistant will be responsible for supporting the on-ground implementation of the campaign by coordinating activities, engaging with community members, distributing educational materials, and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and conducting financial literacy workshops in assigned locations.
• Distribute campaign materials and collect feedback from participants.
• Engage with community members to encourage participation in the program.
• Support the Field Coordinator in reporting daily activities and progress.
• Maintain attendance records, photographs, and other documentation for project reporting.
• Ensure timely communication of any challenges or requirements from the field.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: MSW, Development Studies, Sociology, or Related Subject,
• Prior experience in fieldwork, community engagement, or awareness campaigns is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned project areas.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Contract Duration: 2 Months (Project-based)
