Ostwal Group of Industries (OGI) is a leading provider of high-quality Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer and Beneficiated Rock Phosphate in India. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Assistant located in Ganganagar. The Field Assistant will be responsible for assisting in field activities, collecting and recording data, supporting field research, and helping in the implementation of fieldwork plans. The Field Assistant will also be responsible for cooperating with other team members and ensuring the smooth execution of field operations.

Qualifications

Strong data collection and recording skills
Ability to support and assist with field research activities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of agriculture or related fields
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Experience with fieldwork is a plus
Physical fitness and ability to work in various outdoor conditions
