Field Assistant

As a Field Assistant at Trishul Biotech located in Greater Noida West, you will play a vital role in advancing agricultural sustainability and productivity through scientific innovation. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation and monitoring of agricultural projects, gathering and analyzing field data, conducting research, and supporting the research and development team. You will be required to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage nursery and field operations effectively. - Conduct research trials in pots and fields. - Collect and document morphological and physiological data. - Implement and monitor farmer practices in field conditions. - Perform data entry, compilation, and statistical analysis. - Support staff and farmers with trial management and best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in agricultural research, field data collection, and analysis. - Knowledge of biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with data management tools. - Qualification in agriculture or a related field is preferred.
