Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Engineer located in Pune. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers, assisting in the integration and implementation of automation products, conducting on-site visits and inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, delivering product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in automation technology, product integration, and troubleshooting
• Customer service and support skills, with a focus on providing technical solutions and conducting on-site inspections
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales team and deliver product presentations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in engineering, automation or a related field
• Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and flexibility for travel to customer locations
