Job Description

Field Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Promote the organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with our market and growth strategy.
  • Actively use

    SFDC

    and other CRM tools to manage and document leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance.
  • Actively drive newly launched, innovative products into the marketplace and follow up on sales activities.
  • Assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads, and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, coordinating resources as needed.
  • Work closely with

    cross-functional teams

    to create a higher market perception and successful business strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities for the assigned customer base.
  • Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to convert it into business.
  • Manage and build strong customer relationships for long-term partnership.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in

    life sciences or engineering

    . A higher level of education is beneficial.
  • Proven

    field sales experience

    , preferably with a background in laboratory or process-based environments.
