Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fiber Technician located in Noida. The Fiber Technician will be responsible for the Patching, Termination and Splicing of fiber optic cables. Daily tasks include splicing fiber optic cables, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring the integrity and functionality of installed systems, and maintaining detailed records of work performed. The Fiber Technician will also collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patching, Termination and Splicing of Fiber cables
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities in fiber optic networks
• Knowledgeable in Optics and Fiber technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• A relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
