Company Description Company Name: Alliance Engineering, Client: Labotek, Project Name: Noida International Airport Project Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fiber Technician located in Noida. The Fiber Technician will be responsible for the Patching, Termination and Splicing of fiber optic cables. Daily tasks include splicing fiber optic cables, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring the integrity and functionality of installed systems, and maintaining detailed records of work performed. The Fiber Technician will also collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Patching, Termination and Splicing of Fiber cables Strong Troubleshooting abilities in fiber optic networks Knowledgeable in Optics and Fiber technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail and safety compliance A relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
RESPONSIBILITY : Member of management Review committee. Carry out incoming & final inspection as per quality plan. Review & disposition of non-confirming production. To control, calibrate, monitoring & measurement devices. To carry out periodic inspection of jigs & templates. To maintain records of incoming inspection/final inspection & calibration. To implement statistical techniques in final inspection. To verify implementation of solutions on non-confirming situations. To assist during development of new tooling. AUTHORITY : To identify & record problems relating to product during final inspection. Authorized to release conforming product. Preferred candidate profile : We are looking for a candidate with min. 1 year experience in Quality department of any mechanical manufacturing company. Candidate should have full knowledge of measuring instruments Reading an engineering part drawing Knowledge about fits & tolerances Reading & understanding international standards Young, Energetic, hard working candidates (graduates / diploma holders) with an ability to learn can apply in our growing enterprise
