Job Description

1.To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports. 2.To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality. 3.To create positive working environment & encourage team work. 4.To train tailors as per their development needs & upgrade skills of workers. 5.To manage and motivate the contractor and look after him. 6. To ensure safety and maintain housekeeping. 7.To ensure work is completed in the given time frame. 8. Manpower Management. Working knowledge of similar industries. FIBC/Packaging Knowledge of FIBC Qualification - Diploma in Plastic Technology Must Have FIBC Jumbo Bags production 1 year of experience to 6 years. Only Relevant candidate can apply Salary: 35,000 to 70,000 Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members. Provide constructive feedback to employees and recommend improvement actions. Recognize and reward outstanding team performance and contributions. Prepare reports on team performance, operational metrics, and issues for upper management. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the team.
