URGENT HIRING HR Recruiter (Call Centre Hiring)Position : HR Recruiter Call Centre Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) Job Type : Contract (3 Months Extendable based on performance and business needs) Salary : 2.4 LPA – 3 LPA Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in call centre recruitment . As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for customer support and BPO roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases . Post job advertisements and manage inbound applications effectively. Conduct initial screenings via phone/video to assess candidates' suitability. Shortlist and schedule interviews with interview panels . Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to managers. Perform salary negotiations and roll out offers . Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Track and follow up with candidates to ensure they join as per schedule. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience , only in BPO/call centre hiring . Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, indeed, Shine, etc.) and social sourcing . Hands-on experience with interview coordination and onboarding activities . Familiarity with ATS and candidate tracking systems is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills . Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-volume hiring. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Teams for virtual interviews. Experience in supporting diversity hiring initiatives . Strong professionalism and project coordination abilities.
