Female UI/UX Designer Villupuram

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
• Design and Prototyping
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and platforms.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Usability Testing
• Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Analyze feedback and data to make informed design improvements.
• Design System Management
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
