Female Spa Manager :Resort

Summary:
We are hiring a Female Spa Manager for a luxury resort in Goa (Panjim). The candidate will be responsible for managing spa services, guest relations, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all spa operations including therapies, treatments, and customer service.
• Supervise spa staff and ensure high performance.
• Design spa packages and wellness programs.
• Maintain spa hygiene and standards.
• Ensure revenue growth and customer retention.
• Collaborate with the resort management team for guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidate required.
• Degree/Diploma in Spa or Wellness Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in resort/hotel spas.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of therapies, massages, and modern spa trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
