Female Senior Marketing Executive – Landscaping Company (West Bengal Candidates apply only)

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director

Experience: 5-6 Years in Marketing (Preferably in Landscaping, Real Estate, or Home Services)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to promote our landscaping services across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Execute marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation, brand building, and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in marketing execution and achieving monthly lead and conversion targets in service-based industries. Candidate should have a strong grasp of both digital and offline marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Target-Based Objectives:

Achieve monthly lead generation targets across 15 lack per month.

Restrict marketing spend as per management set limit.

Marketing & Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute seasonal campaigns for lawn maintenance, landscaping design, tree planting, irrigation systems, etc.

Coordinate offline marketing—brochures, hoardings, event participation, housing societies, exhibitions.

Digital & Content Marketing: -

• Provide inputs to update website plus landing page based on expenses.

Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging visuals, client showcases, and promotions.

Suggest promotional content—emailers, WhatsApp creatives, videos, and brochures.

Brand Building & CRM:

• Build and manage a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with all department to improve client experience.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead flow, and conversion rates.

Analyse competitor marketing activities and local market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills:

6 years of experience in B2C marketing with performance targets.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Must be comfortable with field visits (client sites, photo shoots, events).

Compensation & Perks:

Salary: Rs 35000 to Rs 50000 per month plus incentive.
