Job Summary:

The Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative product training sessions to retail teams, franchise staff, and internal departments on kids’ apparel collections. The role focuses on building strong product knowledge, enhancing sales team confidence, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all stores and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across retail and merchandising teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials: manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and quick-reference guides.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on kids wear products (infant, toddler, boys, girls), seasonal collections, and trends.
• Educate teams on fabrics, fits, construction, safety standards, and styling options.
• Support product launches by training staff on new collections and key selling points.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve on-floor performance and customer experience.
• Monitor training effectiveness via assessments, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Conduct store visits to reinforce training, ensure brand consistency, and gather feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Training coverage and number of staff trained.
• Improvement in product knowledge and sales performance.
• Positive trainee and store manager feedback.
• Timely delivery and quality of training materials.
• Reduction in product returns due to better staff knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in product training, retail training, or merchandising, preferably in kids wear or fashion retail.
• Strong product knowledge of kids wear, fabrics, sizing, and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
• Creativity, patience, and coaching mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
