Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the prescribed curriculum. Use creative methods such as storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning to engage children. Ensure daily learning objectives are met. Child Development: Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and development. Provide individual attention and support where needed. Foster good habits such as hygiene, discipline, and sharing. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Manage behavior positively and effectively. Ensure all classroom materials and teaching aids are well-maintained. Communication & Coordination: Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and workshops. Coordinate with co-teachers and staff for smooth daily operations. Health and Safety: Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of all students. Administer first aid when needed and report incidents to authorities.
