We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Female Personal Secretary to support day-to-day business management and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be smart, adaptable, and capable of handling both professional and personal responsibilities with efficiency and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily communication including calls, emails, and WhatsApp business proposals to prospective clients Actively engage in business development activities such as partnerships, tie-ups, and vendor negotiations Manage social media accounts, schedule regular posts, write blogs, and handle classified postings Coordinate with freelancers and assist in recruitment processes Support content creation initiatives – ideal for extroverted candidates who enjoy making reels, video tutorials, and other creative content Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong understanding of digital tools, social media platforms, and MS Office Creative mindset and a willingness to take initiative Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,619.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
