Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Female Personal Secretary cum Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, coordinating business communications, and providing administrative assistance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Handle professional communication with business stakeholders, clients, and partners. Visit vendors, manufacturers, hospitals, and clinics when required to liaise on behalf of the company. Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. Support key functions of our Medical Tourism and Corporate Gifting business units.
