Female Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Role Overview:
We are looking for a female Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director. You will manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders.
• Organize travel and itineraries.
• Assist with office management and personal tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
• 3-5 years’ experience as PA/Executive Assistant, ideally in Pharma or corporate.
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi + Punjabi).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and high discretion.
