Female Operations cum Accounts Assistant

Select My Flight is a UAE-based travel and tourism company offering comprehensive travel solutions including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visa assistance. We are seeking a Female Operations cum Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day travel operations including flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for confirmations and customer requirements.
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with visa applications, itinerary preparation, and travel documentation.
• Maintain booking records and update internal systems.
• Support management with basic accounting work — invoices, receipts, expense entries, etc.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only (preferred for internal operations role).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a travel and tourism company.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems or GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting entries and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
