About Us:
We are a leading travel and tourism company with offices in the UAE, Chennai, and Kerala. We specialize in providing B2B agencies with UAE visit visas and GCC visas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Female Operations Executive to join our Kochi office and manage the daily operations related to visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for processing UAE visit visas and GCC visas for B2B clients.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, embassies, and service providers for smooth visa processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and travel agents.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues related to visa applications.
  • Track visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in visa processing.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant software.
