Female Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Female Operations Executive to join our travel and tourism team. As a key member of our company, specializing in UAE visas and GCC-based travel services, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the processing of UAE visit visas and other GCC visa services.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and accurate visa processing.
• Handle inquiries related to travel packages, visa applications, and travel logistics.
• Maintain and organize travel-related documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in creating and improving operational workflows to increase efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and track progress on visa applications.
• Provide support to other departments as needed and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Executive, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Familiarity with visa processing, particularly UAE and GCC visas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GCC visa regulations and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of applications.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
