Operations Executive - Visa Processing

Role Overview: As a Visa Operations Executive at Select My Flight, a GCC-based travel and tourism company located in Vyttila, Kochi, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of UAE and GCC visas including tourist, visit, and business visas. Your role will involve coordinating with embassies, consulates, and clients for visa applications, managing documentation, tracking application status, and communicating with clients regarding requirements, updates, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will assist with other travel and tourism-related operational tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end processing of UAE and GCC visas (tourist, visit, business, etc.) - Coordinating with embassies, consulates, and clients for visa applications - Managing documentation and tracking application status - Communicating with clients regarding requirements, updates, and follow-ups - Assisting with other travel and tourism-related operational tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE/GCC visa operations - Knowledge of online visa portals and GCC immigration systems - Strong communication and coordination skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications - Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage - Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is preferred At Select My Flight, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for career growth within the expanding company. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
