• Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Swimming Coach cum Gym Coach to lead and manage fitness and aquatic training for residents across SKA Group's residential communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, possess strong interpersonal skills, and ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all age groups.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular swimming and fitness sessions for residents, women.
• Design personalised workout routines and swimming programs tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of gym and pool facilities at all times.
• Provide basic first aid and handle emergency situations in the pool or gym if needed.
• Ensure all residents follow pool/gym rules and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Certified Swimming Coach and Certified Fitness/Gym Trainer (REPS, ACE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in coaching swimming and conducting fitness training, preferably in residential communities, clubs, or schools.
• CPR/First Aid certified (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and senior citizens.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety.
• Female candidates only, as per residential community preference.
• Additional Information:
• Working hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on resident schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
