Female Gym Coach

As a Female Gym Coach at SKA Group's residential communities, your primary role will involve conducting regular swimming and fitness sessions for residents, specifically women. You will be responsible for designing personalized workout routines and swimming programs tailored to individual fitness levels and goals. Ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for individuals of all age groups will be a key aspect of your position. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the gym and pool facilities at all times. Additionally, you will be required to provide basic first aid and handle emergency situations in the pool or gym if necessary. It will be essential for you to enforce pool/gym rules and safety protocols among residents while collaborating with the facility management to address any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly. To excel in this role, you should hold certifications as a Certified Swimming Coach and Certified Fitness/Gym Trainer (REPS, ACE, or equivalent). A minimum of 24 years of experience in coaching swimming and conducting fitness training, particularly in residential communities, clubs, or schools, is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children and senior citizens. Due to residential community preferences, only female candidates need to apply. The working hours may vary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on resident schedules.
