Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Execute strategic hiring plans aligned with current IT market trends.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Review and shortlist resumes to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
Create and update job descriptions as per organizational needs.
Engage and interact with potential candidates on social media platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience as an
IT Recruiter
or in a similar technical hiring role.
Strong understanding of
IT technologies
, job roles, and hiring terminology.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and strong networking ability.
Hands-on experience using recruitment software, job boards, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
