Job Description

Identify, connect, and build relationships with corporate clients for gifting solutions and consulting services.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and promotional activities when required.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide business planning.
Prepare regular reports on business performance and client feedback.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relations (experience in corporate gifting or HR consulting is a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
