Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive to join our Staffing & Payroll Services team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and managing vendor empanelment for recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for staffing, recruitment, and payroll outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and HR heads.
• Handle vendor empanelment processes with new clients.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client hiring requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Achieve business development targets and report progress to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in client acquisition or B2B sales (preferably in HR/Staffing domain).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.
• Good understanding of recruitment and payroll processes will be an added advantage.
