Female Business Development Executive ( Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our e-pharmacy business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships with doctors, clinics, local pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to promote and expand our digital medicine delivery platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-pharmacy and healthcare segment.
• Pitch and onboard hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic labs, and independent pharmacies to partner with our platform.
• Drive sales and revenue by promoting e-pharmacy services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a detailed report of daily meetings and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales.
• Familiarity with e-pharmacy platforms and basic medical terminology is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings.
