Job Description: Female Account Executive (1-3yrs Years Experience)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Noida 62

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Account Executive with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of banking reconciliation, GST, TDS, Tally Prime, data entry, customer handling, and basic audit processes.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance

• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Prepare and assist with GST returns and compliance.
• Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and returns.
• Handle Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting entries.
• Maintain accurate data entries and financial records.

Customer Handling

• Interact with customers/clients professionally and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients.

Audit Support

• Assist auditors in collecting and verifying financial data.

Administration & Coordination

• Support finance and accounts team in routine tasks.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports as required.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
