Job Title: Features Writer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, pitch, and write compelling features, trend pieces, interviews, and listicles around food, beverage, and lifestyle.
• Build and nurture a strong network within the Mumbai F&B industry, including chefs, restaurateurs, mixologists, and PR professionals.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and video producers to conceptualise and create impactful multimedia stories.
• Assist in scripting, planning, and executing video content for Outlook Traveller Eats and other editorial verticals.
• Stay updated on F&B trends, restaurant openings, and cultural happenings in Mumbai.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in journalism, content writing, or F&B communication.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Demonstrated interest in food and beverage writing.
• Access to a reliable network of Mumbai-based F&B industry and PR professionals (preferred).
• Ability to conceptualize stories beyond text and a good understanding of creating engaging video content.
