F&B Service

This is a full-time on-site role for F&B service located in Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. Collaboration with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to company policies and procedures are also essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage, along with strong Customer Service and Communication skills. Culinary Skills or knowledge would be an added advantage. Your excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive customer experience. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality or culinary would be beneficial.,
