Job Description

We are seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and possess a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. This role requires a proactive and dedicated individual who is committed to enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
Ensure a clean and organized dining area
Assist in menu planning and beverage selections
Train and supervise junior staff
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage pairings and specials
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards
1-4 years of experience in food and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
