Key Responsibilities:

• Elevating the Guest Experience:

  Proactively deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meal and overall experience.
• Engage with guests, serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Transform routine transactions into memorable interactions.

• Operational Excellence:

  Efficiently set and clear tables according to service standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Keep work areas and supplies clean and organized.

• Adherence to Standards:

  Contribute to creating a safe working environment at all times.
• Strictly follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold the highest quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

• Physical & Functional Requirements:

  Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and visually verifying information from menus and other materials.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, ensuring consistent high performance for our guests and business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:

  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Related Work Experience:

  Less than 1 year of related work experience.

• Supervisory Experience:

  No supervisory experience required.

• License or Certification:

  None required.
