Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Captain to join our team. As an F&B Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. You will lead and supervise a team of service staff, maintain high standards of food and beverage service, and create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts/hostesses.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during service periods.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
• Train and mentor new service staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
